Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a Family Medicine Faculty Physician (MD/DO) to join an academic outpatient health system with an affiliated Family Medicine residency program. This role blends direct patient care with teaching, supervision, and mentorship of residents across the full scope of practice, including obstetrics, in a collaborative environment.

Faculty physicians work with residents and multidisciplinary teams, participate in didactics and scholarly activities, and contribute to curriculum

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board eligible/certified in Family Medicine
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
• Experience or strong interest in teaching and supervising residents
• Comfort practicing full scope of family medicine, including obstetrics

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a family medicine clinic
• Supervise and mentor residents in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Precept residents and support clinical skill development
• Participate in resident education through didactics and curriculum development
• Provide inpatient attending coverage several times per year
• Engage in scholarly activities and program development
