Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Family Medicine Faculty Physician (MD/DO) to join our mission‑driven academic outpatient healthcare organization with an affiliated Family Medicine residency program. This role blends direct patient care with teaching, supervision, and mentoring of residents across the full scope of practice, including obstetrics.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain.
• Experience or strong interest in teaching and resident supervision.
• Comfort practicing full scope of family medicine including obstetrics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to serving diverse patient populations and community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a family medicine continuity clinic.
• Supervise and mentor family medicine residents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Precept residents regularly, supporting clinical skill development and patient management.
• Participate in clinical sessions (3–4 half-days per week) with integrated resident supervision.
• Provide inpatient attending coverage for family medicine services several times per year.
• Perform and supervise family medicine procedures, including obstetrics as applicable.
• Participate in resident education through didactics, curriculum development, and advising.
• Engage in scholarly activities, quality improvement, and academic program development.
• Collaborate with faculty, residents, and interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and academic standards.

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in-person (clinical + academic)
