A healthcare organization in Canton, Illinois, is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join their growing Primary Care team. This role involves working alongside two Primary Care Physicians and dedicated support staff in a fully integrated system. The position offers a flexible work schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive health system. Interested candidates must have a Master's degree in Nursing or as a Physician Assistant, and experience in Women’s Preventative Health is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $56.37 - $73.29/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
