An established outpatient clinic in southeast North Dakota is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a highly engaged primary care team. The current team includes multiple physicians and advanced practice practitioners supporting Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. This position offers strong mentorship, opportunities to work with local sports teams, and potential for leadership or Medical Director roles. The practice is strictly outpatient with no inpatient or hospitalist coverage required.

PRACTICE DETAILS

• Outpatient-only practice model.
• On-site services include Optometry, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, and an Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Standard schedule consists of 36 patient contact hours per week.
• Patient volume averages 16 to 18 patients per day.
• Additional community outreach opportunities are available.

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine.

LOCATION

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base salary of $323,400.
• Hired candidates may qualify for additional compensation, including bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based incentives.
