Our client, a national and highly-respected law firm, seeks an established Family Law Partner to join their team in Orlando. You will manage a book of business and provide expert guidance in high net worth divorces, child support, divorce, and custody matters.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring junior staff, and advancing the firm’s client base through strategic networking. A JD and active bar membership are required, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in family law.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law, including high net worth divorces, child support, divorce, and custody.
• Strong book of business and ability to attract and retain clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of courtroom success with negotiation and litigation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical legal practice and discretion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in all areas of family law.
• Develop and implement case strategies, conduct legal research, prepare documents, and represent clients in court.
• Manage a robust book of business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff; provide mentorship as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and share with the team.
• Engage in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base and reputation.
