The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a Texas-based family law firm seeking a Paralegal – Family Law to join our legal team in San Antonio. You will manage a busy docket spanning divorces, SAPCR matters, modifications, and related EPG work, coordinating with attorneys and clients to keep cases moving forward.

You will draft pleadings, lead discovery, ensure trial-readiness, and maintain accurate calendaring and time entries while upholding professional ethics.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2+ years of dedicated Texas Family Law experience as a paralegal.
• Proficiency in E-Filing across state court portals and local rules.
• Fluent with Clio/MyCase, Google Suite, and modern document management systems.

Aufgaben

• Case Ownership: manage full lifecycle of family law and EPG matters from inception through resolution.
• Strategic Drafting: draft substantive pleadings, motions, and complex discovery with accuracy.
• Discovery & Inventory: lead discovery and inventory, trace separate property funds, spot red flags in disclosures.
• Trial Readiness: curate trial exhibits, organize trial notebooks, manage RFOs.
• Administrative Precision: oversee filings, calendaring, and track billable hours.
