Qualifications

• 10+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and case management.
• Proficiency with Clio or similar practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and mediation prep.
• Filing documents with court and preparing trial exhibits.
• Support case strategy and client communications throughout the matter.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver excellent service.

• Shape and support case strategies by preparing discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and mediation prep
