  • Washington bar admission required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support and complex financial issues.
  • Manage cases independently while maintaining client contact and collaborating with firm attorneys.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and settlement agreements.
  • Participate in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings.
  • Develop strong client relationships and take ownership of matters.
