Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing.
• 2–7 years of family law litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
• Attend hearings and trials and present cases effectively.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the process.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff for efficient case management.
