Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Family Law Attorney in Springfield, MO to manage divorce, custody, and child support cases across Greene and surrounding counties. You'll handle filings, client communications, and court appearances, with opportunities to develop courtroom and case-management skills.

We welcome both experienced attorneys and those transitioning into family law who are willing to learn. A Missouri Bar license is required, JD degree, and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri law license in good standing (required).
• Excellent writing and organizational abilities.
• Comfort with client-facing work and courtroom appearances.
• Family law experience preferred; new or transitioning attorneys considered if willing to train.
• Reliability, discretion, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law files from intake through settlement or trial, including pleadings and hearings.
• Draft motions, affidavits, parenting plans, settlement documents, and related filings.
• Appear in local courts and manage files in Greene and surrounding counties.
• Assist with related civil matters as assigned.
• Collaborate directly with the firm's attorney team.
