Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney to independently manage cases with support from a dedicated team and mentorship from senior partners.

You will handle Florida divorce and related matters from intake through resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, prepare for hearings and trials, and maintain clear client communication and meticulous billing records. Based in Greater Tampa Bay, Orlando, or South Florida.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of substantial Florida family law experience.
• Currently practicing family law.
• Based in Greater Tampa Bay, Orlando, or South Florida.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, research, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
• At least 3 years of substantial Florida family law experience.
• Currently practicing family law.
• Extensive knowledge of Florida family law, rules, and court procedures.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, legal research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Based in Greater Tampa Bay (preferred), Orlando, or South Florida.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in Florida.
