A boutique family law firm in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced family law attorney to manage cases with direct client impact. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of family law experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of family law attorney experience.
• Experience in divorce, custody, child support, and related domestic matters.

• Wisconsin bar admission strongly preferred.
• Mediation experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Advocate effectively in contested matters when litigation is necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and provide a high-touch service experience.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and related filings.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and help clients resolve disputes efficiently where possible.
• Advocate effectively in contested matters when litigation is necessary.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and provide high-touch service.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and the broader team to support excellent client outcomes.
• Meet a minimum billable expectation of 120 hours per month.
