• Handle depositions, hearings, discovery, evidence, and trial preparation.
• Prepare exhibits and present witness and expert testimony effectively.
• Represent clients in mediation and litigation, advocating for their interests.
• Collaborate with opposing counsel, experts, court personnel, and legal support teams.
• Provide clear, timely, and thoughtful legal advice and case assessments.
• Maintain accurate and ethical case documentation and communication.
