This role requires frequent court appearances, the ability to work independently within a small team, and strong research and writing skills to craft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Proficient in legal research and litigation procedures
• Strong client counseling and written communication skills
• Experience in independant case management
