Job summary

Robert Hadley Associates is seeking a mid-level family law paralegal for our client in the Blue Bell/Wayne, PA area. The position requires 3-5 years of Pennsylvania family law experience and is an in-office, full-time role.

The paralegal will draft and review legal documents, communicate with clients and court staff, and manage cases from inception through trial. A five-day-a-week in-office schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, appeals) and court communications.
• Interact regularly with clients, court staff and opposing counsel.
• Manage a case from inception through completion, including meetings, hearings, depositions and trials.
• Work in-office five days per week.

BLUE BELL/WAYNE, PA - can sit at either office

Our client, a well known law firm focused in complex family law matters, seeks to hire a mid-level family law paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in Pennsylvania. Fully in office position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, including, but not limited to, pleadings, motions, discovery, appeals, and correspondence to opposing counsel and to the court
• Interact on a regular basis with clients, court staff and other counsel
• Handle a case from inception through to completion including attending meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials

Ability to work in office 5 days a week required.
