Job summary

Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Humble, TX seeks an associate attorney in family law who is courtroom-ready and eager to handle high-stakes cases with our support system.

You will lead strategy in contested divorces and SAPCRs, represent clients in Harris County courts, and manage depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials with deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code. A Texas bar license and 2+ years of Texas Family Law litigation are required.

Qualifications

• A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation.
• Fearless courtroom presence and ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure; experience in hearings, and estate/guardianship proceedings.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy: Drive contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Command the Courtroom: Represent clients in Harris County and surrounding courts with confidence and clarity.
• Litigate with Excellence: Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials using your deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code.
• Provide Counsel: Help clients navigate their toughest chapters with results-driven, compassionate representation.
