Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Family Law Attorney in Chicago to join a top-ranked firm focused on complex divorce and related family-law matters. The candidate should have Illinois Bar licensure and 3–5 years in civil litigation, including 1+ year in family law, with strong drafting skills for pleadings and settlements.

Qualifications

• Illinois Bar License is required.
• 3–5 years of Civil Litigation experience.
• 1+ year of Family Law experience.
• Draft pleadings, Marital Settlement Agreements, Final Allocation Judgments and Parenting Plans, pretrial memorandum, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and court documents such as Marital Settlement Agreements and Parenting Plans.
• Prepare Final Allocation Judgments and related family-law filings.
• Communicate with clients and develop case strategy with senior attorneys.
