Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• At least two years of Florida Bar licensure.
• Demonstrated trial or litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent docket of low- to moderate-complexity family law cases from intake through resolution.
• Appear at hearings, depositions, and mediations as lead counsel.
• Receive significant and ongoing support from all firm attorneys, including the principal, across all aspects of litigation.
• Draft motions, orders, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with firm colleagues on shared client matters.
• Maintain organized and timely case files using LEAP.
