Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Family Law experience, a JD from an accredited school, Texas Bar admission, and strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively advocate for clients in court and negotiations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential new clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Assist in the litigation process by preparing for trials and hearings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as required.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in Family Law.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
