Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 3+ years of Family Law Attorney experience.
• Experience handling divorce, child custody, support, domestic violence, and other contested family law matters.
• Strong litigation, case strategy, negotiation, client counseling, and written/oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, and support matters.
• Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements when possible.
• Provide advocacy in written and oral proceedings and advise clients.
