Job summary

Tier 1 Consulting, Inc. in Savannah, GA is hiring full-time Associate Attorneys in a family law practice. You will own your caseload from intake through resolution, with onboarding onsite for 90 days and then hybrid flexibility.

Newly barred attorneys or those with up to 4 years of litigation experience are welcome. A Georgia Bar license is required; bilingual Spanish is a strong plus with added compensation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 0–4 years of legal experience; Family Law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own family law caseload from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client consultations and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and agreements.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Direct and collaborate with legal support staff.
• Maintain clear, compassionate client communication.
