Tessmer Law Firm in San Antonio, led by Heather Tessmer, seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to manage cases with minimal supervision and contribute to family law and related matters. You will draft pleadings, argue in court, and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver strategic solutions.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas license in good standing, has strong courtroom and negotiation skills, and brings prior family law or litigation experience.

Formación

• Active Texas license to practice law in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Prior family law and/or litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active caseload with minimal supervision.
• Draft, review, and strategize pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and orders.
• Provide legal advice and develop case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Must hold an active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Prior experience in family law, litigation, or related practice areas strongly preferred.
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
