The Halks Firm seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years handling contested family law cases in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts. The ideal candidate will have superb writing, strong interpersonal skills, and experience appearing in court.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years handling contested family law cases.
• Experience in high net worth family matters, including discovery and depositions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in asset division.

• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities
