• Focus on family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and related domestic relations issues
• Assist with negotiation and drafting of prenuptial agreements and settlement documents

• Collaborate with experienced family law attorneys to develop sophisticated strategy and client service

Job description

Stites & Harbison's Nashville, Tennessee office is seeking an associate with a demonstrated interest in family law. The successful candidate will focus on matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and other domestic relations issues.

Our Family Law practice represents clients with marital estates ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to more than $100 million. We advise clients on a wide range of matters arising before, during, and after marriage and other family relationships. Our work includes negotiating and drafting prenuptial agreements, handling divorce and custody proceedings, resolving complex property and financial disputes, and managing post-divorce litigation, appeals, and enforcement matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced family law attorneys on sophisticated and challenging matters.
