Job summary

77 consultants is seeking an on-site locum physician for outpatient primary care in Bend, Oregon. The role involves evaluating and treating adults, with a 4-day workweek from 8a–5p, in an Epic EMR environment.

Board-certified physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an active OR license or eligibility are preferred. This position offers paid travel and expenses, and emphasizes compassionate, team-based care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration and any other required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across all ages.
• Develop, document and follow up on individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and education to patients.
• Order, interpret and act on laboratory tests and imaging.
