Trafford Council's Family Support Service is seeking a Coordinator to work alongside the Senior Family Group Coordinator to champion the use of and deliver Family Group Conferences in line with Family Rights Group guidelines and toolkit.
You will bring experience in working with children and families, with facilitation, mediation and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of safeguarding practices. Training will be provided to ensure you can undertake the role effectively.

You will bring experience in working with children and families and promoting family-based decision models. You will be skilled in facilitation, mediation & negotiation with individuals and groups, with a solution focus that is empowering to families. You will have a good understanding of safeguarding practice. Whilst experience of Family Group Conference delivery would be helpful, we will provide the appropriate training and support to ensure the successful candidate is able to undertake the role.,
