Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Services or equivalent valued/experience.
• Knowledge of community resources and DEI principles.
• Ability to coach staff and customers effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Evening/weekend work as needed for events and programs.

Family Engagement Supervisor

Full Time Newport, KY, US

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $41,000.00 Annually

Purpose:

Using a trauma-informed and family-centered framework, the Family Engagement Supervisor will provide family centered coaching to connect families with preventative supports, overcome barriers, set goals, and create networking opportunities that lead to family success. The Family Coach Supervisor will provide direct supervision of staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Connect families to community resources
• Coordinate and facilitate group activities and plan special events for families
• Partner with families in developing goals

Requirements:

• Knowledge of community resources
• Ability to coach staff and customers
• An Associate's degree in Human Services and/or a combination of education/training and experience (professional or lived) is valued and highly considered
• A deep understanding of the value and significance of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and use of database systems
• Position requires some evening and weekend work
