People Incorporated of Virginia seeks a Family Education & Engagement Supervisor at our Bristol Head Start Center. The role includes supervising Family Engagement Specialists and supporting families as their child's first teacher, with emphasis on home- and center-based engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or credential in ECE and/or HMS, and will manage data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Full-time, 8 am–4:30 pm, Bristol, VA.

People Incorporated of Virginia is currently seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Family Education & Engagement Supervisor at our Bristol Head Start Center. The successful candidate will possess the ability to support families as their child's first teacher and to support families as they work toward goals. We are looking for a positive-minded, team player who can also work independently with families in their home environment. Candidates should have a working knowledge of community resources, early childhood development and the ability to communicate effectively with adults individually and in group settings. This position will supervise Family Engagement Specialists, requires excellent computer and organizational skills, regular and accurate data entry. A degree or credential in ECE and/or HMS and prior experience required.
