Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to join Applebee’s at the Legacy Apple concept. You will handle assigned prep work and cook’s station, maintaining high standards for presentation, quality, and cook times.

You’ll be cross-trained across kitchen roles and learn the Applebee’s recipes and specifications. You’ll work in a family-oriented environment that emphasizes community involvement and supporting local events, with opportunities to grow in business,

Qualificações

• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports cases up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per day.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes, plate presentations and specifications.
• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up workstation according to station diagram.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
