Job summary

Christ Covenant Church in metro Atlanta is seeking a Family Pastor to lead the Families department, guiding Covenant Kids and Covenant Students from birth through graduation across campuses. You will own Family Worship and the home-disclipe development strategy, equipping parents to shepherd their children in daily faith.

This role prioritizes staff leadership, budgeting, and cross-campus collaboration. You will collaborate with Discipleship and Care teams, visit campuses regularly, and model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; M.Div. preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of ministry or pastoral experience.
• Proven ability to lead staff and volunteers.
• Experience equipping parents for home discipleship.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple campuses.
• Membership at Christ Covenant, or willingness to become a member.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead family discipleship strategy across campuses.
• Own Family Worship and churchwide rhythm of home discipleship.
• Create resources for family worship, reading plans, catechism materials, and worship playlists.
• Partner with Discipleship team to train group leaders.
• Align curriculum and calendars across Covenant Kids/Students.
• Visit campuses to evaluate ministry environments and mentor staff.
• Manage staff teams for Covenant Kids and Covenant Students.
• Oversee Families department budgeting and volunteer strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Minor Protection policies.
