Job summary

Bethanna is seeking a Family Development Specialist to train, evaluate and screen potential foster parents in our program. The role involves conducting orientation sessions, PRIDE training classes, and carrying out individual assessment meetings while ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and possess experience in child welfare or assessment work with adults; experience with children and families is preferred.
