Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Family Services professional to deliver clinical and coaching services, support participants and families, and help develop psycho-educational programs in alignment with organization standards.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field (or an associate degree with 5 years’ experience), be eligible for licensure, and possess strong technology skills for EHR documentation and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum three years' experience with children and/or family members.
• Independent licensure eligible (LMHC/LMFC/LCSW/LPC/LPCC/LMFT/APCC/LADC/CADC or LCADC).
• Two years' experience in Addiction Treatment & Recovery field.
• Proficiency with EHR, virtual meetings, and Outlook.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing Family Services program development and delivery.
• Provide clinical, coaching, and educational services to participants and families.
• Engage families and support persons as appropriate and maintain contact.
