This is community‑based work, requiring a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the families you serve. Services are delivered in‑home and in the community, often outside of traditional business hours.
This role also includes 24/7 on‑call coverage for your assigned caseload, providing crisis support when it matters most. While urgent situations arise, they are not the norm — but your availability plays a critical role in maintaining stability and trust with the families you support.
