You will provide in-home support, connect families with community resources, and collaborate with teachers, doctors, and social workers to develop service plans and monitor progress.

Starting pay ranges from $20.50 to $23.00 per hour for full-time roles with shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call hours, plus a $5,000

Qualifications

• Minimum two years post-secondary education and two years of experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing in-home support and teaching practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connecting families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
• Offering crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Building strong relationships with families and collaborating with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
• Developing service plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation.
