Job summary

DCCCA Day Reporting Center is seeking a case manager to support families with intensive treatment services and safety planning in the Kansas City area. The role involves home visits, coordination with providers, and documentation of progress toward individualized plans.

Responsibilities include delivering family-centered case management, ensuring timely access to services, and collaborating with supervisors to follow evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services is required.
• Prior work in behavioral health or children/family services is required; experience working with substance use is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by DCCCA policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides for the safety, stability and well-being of children and families.
• Works as a dyad to coordinate and deliver timely access to intensive treatment and other intervention services for the family.
• Delivers culturally competent, strengths-based case management services to children and families.
