The ideal candidate has 10-15+ years of trial experience, is board-certified in family law, and can lead case teams while maintaining the highest ethical standards. JD required; active ABA member preferred.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of substantial family law litigation experience.
• Board Certified Specialist in Family Law.
• Significant first-chair trial experience.
• Experience supervising or leading attorneys.
• Strong reputation for professionalism and ethics.
• Exceptional writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, especially in high-stress situations.
• Ability to represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a case.
• Active member of the American Bar Association.

Responsibilities

• Supervise case teams and handle firm-critical cases.
• Assist with practice growth and train/develop litigators.
• Manage sophisticated litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Oversee case strategy across the firm.
• Work closely with firm leadership on practice growth and case management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during difficult times.

• Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are current.
• Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to advance civil litigation processes.
