Job summary

IVA’AL Solutions, LLC seeks a Family Advocacy Program Assistant (FAPA) to provide administrative and technical support to the FAP team at Fairchild AFB. The role includes records management, data entry, and assisting in prevention activities under the supervision of the Family Advocacy Officer.

The position requires curriculum development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a government setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Social Behavior, Health Care, or Education or Teacher Certification Program.
• Experience developing an education curriculum with learning objectives and outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and prevention services for the Family Advocacy Program under the Family Advocacy Officer.
• Support records management, data entry, and electronic clinical records maintenance.
• Assist in research and evaluation; help prepare meetings and outreach activities; assist in New Parent Support Program activities.
• Assist in outreach activities such as public speaking with Commanders, First Sergeants, and expectant parents.
