Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship designed for university students to gain hands-on business and leadership experience. From day one, interns will face real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based setting, building marketable skills that set them apart in the job market.

Based in Ridgeland, MS, the internship includes up to 25 hours per week with weekend rotation opportunities and an hourly pay rate of $15.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Senior in bachelor’s degree program with graduation no later than May 2027.
• At least 6 months sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in last 3 years.

Overview

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

The current intern rate of pay is $15 / hour

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be a current Senior in your bachelor’s degree program scheduled for graduation no later than May 2027.
• Must have 6 months of sales (business to business, commission based or quota based) or customer service or marketing or management experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualified from consideration.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week, to include a weekend rotation once a month.
