Job summary

LOFT is offering a Retail Management Internship Program in Lancaster, PA. Interns will gain leadership skills by working with Store Leaders and partners, and will learn by engaging in recruiting, training, and customer-focused activities.

The program requires 20–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Current college juniors/seniors or recent graduates are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on customer-first service, collaboration, and proactive

Responsibilities

• Motivate Associates to anticipate the Customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
• Identify business trends and opportunities, monitor key metrics, and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution.
• Gain experience in merchandising through planning, executing, and adjusting visual directives to support business priorities.
