Job summary

TGA of North Central NJ is seeking coaches to teach tennis and/or pickleball to kids aged 5-14 in schools and community settings. Roles are flexible, with sessions from 2:30pm onward after school, up to 6+ hours daily in summer and 2-5 hours on weekdays during the school year.

We hire both lead and assistant coaches, with training on the TGA curriculum. Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and comfortable communicating with kids and parents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available after school hours (2:30pm+) during weekdays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to locations.
• Energetic, patient, and able to work with kids.

Responsibilities

• Teach tennis and/or pickleball to kids aged 5-14.
• Follow the TGA curriculum and safety guidelines.
• Create a fun, educational environment and provide positive coaching.
