Job summary

ADL is seeking a Fall 2026 Fall Incident Response Intern to join the national Incident Response Team from September 14 to December 18, 2026. The role focuses on data management, AI-assisted incident response, and processing incident reports with collaboration across departments.

The intern will gain hands-on experience with ADL’s systems, contribute to real-time decision making, and support efforts to stop the defamation of the Jewish people while promoting justice and fair treatment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review and triage incoming incident reports and assign actions.
  • Read and respond to incident reports and maintain records.
  • Update knowledge bases in Salesforce, SharePoint, and AI tools.
  • Support quality assurance and data integrity in reporting channels.

Overview

ADL Fall 2026 Internship Description

ADL’s Incident Response Team is looking for a dynamic intern to join us from September 14 to December 18, 2026. The ideal candidate will have experience with data management, AI, and Jewish community work. Our Incident Response internship provides the opportunity for students to gain practical experience with ADL’s national Incident Response Team, learn about the ways ADL is using AI for incident response, and help strengthen incident response data.

Responsibilities
  • Review and triage of incoming incident reports, ensuring appropriate documentation, categorization, and response assignment.
  • Reading and responding to incident reports
  • Maintenance and updates on knowledge management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, AI tools), ensuring accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Assistance in quality assurance efforts, reviewing digital reporting channels and data integrity.
Requirements
  • Must possess high school diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Hours
  • This internship is paid at local minimum wage or 15/hr (whichever is higher).
  • The internship is 15 hours per week.
  • This internship will be hybrid, with on-site presence required Anywhere ADL has an Office.

  • You will learn about real-life decision-making challenges and help us develop real-time solutions.
  • You will have the opportunity to present your work at internal forums within ADL.
  • You will have practical, with data management, AI, and Jewish community work
  • Collaborate with, meet and learn from ADL subject matter experts at all levels and become familiar with the varied work we do to "stop the defamation of the Jewish people and secure justice and fair treatment to all."
