Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Completion of at least one tax course prior to start.
• Plans to pursue CPA licensure after graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to ask questions and learn as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns and workpapers under guidance.
• Assist with tax projections, estimates, and planning activities.
• Use tax software to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Research tax questions and summarize findings for review.
• Organize client information for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with team members about progress and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information with professionalism.
