The program runs Aug 16, 2027 – Dec 10, 2027, with housing/relocation assistance for eligible students. Eligible candidates are pursuing an engineering degree with a May 2028 or later graduation date and a 3.0+ GPA.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduation date May 2028 or later is required.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0).

Responsibilities

• Work with your mentor to accomplish established goals that support the business and offer learning opportunities.
• Complete innovative, technical assignments in areas such as New Product Introduction, Product Improvement, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Development, Sourced Products, Software Development, or FirstBuild.
• Attend development and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and professional growth.
• Take part in networking and community volunteer projects.
• Optional events include lunches, weekend activities, sports, and cookouts.
