This internship connects academic learning with real-world product, process, testing, and manufacturing challenges under experienced engineers and cross-functional partners. As a co-op, you will assist with design, development, testing, and data analysis, while documenting results and contributing to safe, reliable, and cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an accredited bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• Completion of foundational engineering coursework appropriate to the assignment.
• Previous internship, co-op, laboratory, design-team, manufacturing, or hands-on project experience preferred.
• Must meet eligibility requirements of the participating college/co-op program.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with design, development, testing, and improvement of products, systems, manufacturing processes, and tooling.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering, test, and process data to support validation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and deliverables.
• Prepare technical documentation and present results; contribute to continuous improvement.
