Duties include tooling of assigned product, monitoring overall process performance, and developing solutions to a broad range of technical issues. The Product Engineering Co-op will collaborate across the organization on efforts involving design for manufacturability.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Work collaboratively in a team to implement advanced product engineering* Collaborate with manager to identify best methods for tooling* Utilize a structured engineering approach to deploy best practices to achieve yield targets* Initiate and/or update documentation of procedures, traveler instructions, and Front End guides* Provide regular (weekly) updates to manager and Pre-Production department* Compare existing manufacturing practices with TTM best practices and propose appropriate improvements* Suggest capital project efforts to resolve technology capability issues* Participate in internal design reviews to ensure compatibility of processing techniques to meet customer needsN**ote:**The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
