Ninjakitchen is seeking a Product Design Engineering Co-op for a full-time position based in Needham, MA from July/August 2026 to December 2026. You will engage in meaningful projects that blend industrial design and mechanical engineering, taking an active role in product development for Shark and Ninja brands.
The ideal candidate is a current student in their third year or beyond, has strong skills in CAD software, and is enthusiastic about user-centered product design and innovation. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $30 to $36 with benefits including medical insurance and product discounts.
Work Period: July/August 2026 to December 2026
Location & Schedule: Full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week position with 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA. No relocation or housing assistance for this position.

In this Product Design Engineering Co‑op (Advanced Development), you will operate at the intersection of industrial design and mechanical engineering, taking ownership of open‑ended design problems and contributing directly to early‑stage product development for Shark and Ninja brands. You will be expected to think broadly, move quickly, and translate ambiguous user needs into feasible, high‑impact design solutions.
Hourly pay range: $30 – $36 USD per hour.
