TONYMOLY is seeking a highly organized, creative Marketing Intern to join our Brooklyn team this fall. You’ll support influencer campaigns, community events, product mailers, and team operations—contributing to big ideas and making sure all the little details are locked.

If you love skincare, pop culture, and know TikTok, IG, and Canva, we want to meet you. College credit or paid hourly compensation, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Admin + Organization: maintain trackers and calendars, take notes, and update docs.
• Community + Gifting: plan product mailers and oversee shipping details.
• Influencer + Creator Marketing: research creators, support outreach, and track content.
• Content + Social Support: monitor trends, organize UGC, and assist with short-form content.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, pop-culture-savvy Marketing Intern to join our Brooklyn team this fall! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is obsessed with skincare and social, and can juggle multiple projects without missing a beat.

You’ll support influencer campaigns, community events, product mailers, and team operations—contributing to big ideas and making sure all the little details are locked. If you love a well-maintained Google Sheet just as much as a trending TikTok sound, we want to meet you.

Compensation: College credit or paid hourly (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Marketing Admin + Organization

• Maintain trackers, calendars, and campaign timelines (Google Sheets + Monday.com)
• Take notes during marketing meetings and keep internal docs up to date
• Research and identify brands, creators, and cultural moments that align with TONYMOLY
• Support brand activations—this may include researching vendors, creating decks, or helping with on-site setup
• Jump in to help the marketing team with anything needed

Community + Gifting

• Plan and track product mailers for creators, editors, and event partners
  Oversee shipping details and ensure gifting lands on time
• Assist with activations like PR events, pop-ups, bachelorette/college outreach, and editor moments
• Pack and manage sample inventory and mailers as needed

Influencer + Creator Marketing

• Research and identify TikTok/IG creators who align with the brand
• Support influencer outreach, seeding coordination, and content tracking (via ShopMy)
• Maintain detailed logs of content deliverables, performance metrics, and deadlines
• Help compile influencer recaps and reports for internal and retail partners

Content + Social Support

• Stay on top of viral trends and pop culture moments—we’ll look to you for what’s next
• Organize UGC for reposting, future campaigns, and mailers
• Help ideate and sometimes star in short-form content (TikToks, Reels)

• Have strong communication skills and aren’t afraid to ask questions or speak up

• Know your way around TikTok, IG, and Canva
