Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic college students for an in-person Fall Internship in our New York City office. You will support the Key Accounts team across channels like QVC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, handling reporting, account management, and product information.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a global beauty brand partners with retail and digital partners in a fast-paced environment. Seniors preferred, in-person NYC-based required.

Qualifications

• Current student in an accredited college; seniors preferred.
• Must be able to work in-person at the NYC office during the fall semester.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of the Key Accounts team across major partners (QVC, Amazon, TikTok Shop).
• Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks.
• Attend trainings and develop cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete independent projects.
• Develop teamwork, communication, leadership, and strategic-thinking skills.

tarte cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic college students eager to gain hands-on experience supporting our Key Accounts team through an in-person Fall Internship. Based in our New York City office, this internship will provide exposure to major sales channels, including QVC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other key accounts.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how a global beauty brand supports its retail and digital partners. This individual will assist the team with reporting, account management, product information, and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day responsibilities of the Key Accounts team across QVC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other key partners
• Take ownership of assigned daily and weekly tasks
• Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by tarte leaders across various departments
• Work closely with team members and cross-functional partners to complete independent projects
• Develop teamwork, communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills

Requirements:

• Must be a current student of an accredited college, seniors preferred
• Ability to be in-person based in NYC office during the fall semester
• Ability to multitask & remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
