Job summary

tarte cosmetics is seeking enthusiastic rising seniors for an in-person Fall 2026 Content Internship in New York City. You will gain hands-on experience across Photo, Video, and Project Management within our fast-paced cosmetic brand environment.

As an intern, you will support content departments, own daily tasks, collaborate on brand initiatives and events, and participate in trainings led by tarte leaders. This paid internship emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and creative collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current student of an accredited college, rising seniors preferred.
• Ability to multitask & remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day responsibilities in applicable content departments.
• Ownership of assigned daily/weekly tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand initiatives & events.
• Attend trainings and speaking engagements led by tarte leaders across various departments.
• Work closely with leaders in various departments to complete independent projects.
• Develop teamwork, leadership, analytical, & strategic thinking skills.

As interns, you'll dive into the world of digital marketing, gaining hands-on experience across various departments including Photo, Video, and Project Management, all within our New York City office.
