You will gain experience in a large, project-driven construction company, learning both construction and sales processes while collaborating with regional operations teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Understand construction basics.
• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel, Bluebeam, Salesforce.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts across multiple regions, primarily Knoxville, TN.
• Research clients and decision makers; maintain CRM opportunities database.
• Assist in pursuing large projects and learning the business development process.
• Learn construction and sales terminology and processes; contribute to strategic plans.
